The Kauai Veterans Cemetery consisted of providing a 24-foot wide asphaltic concrete road from the west end of the existing parking lot, extending around the North and West side of the existing Committal Service Shelter.  We added a changing-room and a storage room to the exiting committal shelter.  We added 4 columbaria with a total of 640 niches and 207 double depth crypt plots and 407 cremains burial plots. A new memorial wall and service seal wall, a covered entrance structure for the committal shelter, a pedestrian walkway and gate, 3 new flag poles, a 4-foot high chain link perimeter fence and landscaping around all new cemetery lawn areas.
