This project consisted of a complete renovation of building 4454 at the Kauai Community College Campus.  There was a complete demolition of the interior replaced by all new flooring, lighting, electrical, millwork, doors/windows, storefront system, ceiling system, painting, HVAC, plumbing and miscellaneous work.

There were two AHU rooms added to the building as well as a new exterior concrete walkway with new pole lights.
