Island Skilled Nursing Renovation
Island Skills Nursing Project was a Design Build renovation of an existing, 4-story, 11,000 square foot nursing facility. TCG played as the Prime Contractor on this project working closely with the customer, Pacific Health Care Ventures, to design and execute the renovation.
Construction included renovation, alteration and repair, carpentry, roofing, interior finishes, electrical, plumbing, painting, demolition, HVAC, fire suppression, and fire alarm.
"this project required a very tight schedule with a four-story building that was built in 1965. many unforeseen conditions arose and problems needed to be solved in a timely manner.
