Our mandate to create raving fans is directly impacted by our control processes. Quality control is a mindset that demands things being done right and doesn't tolerate mistakes to go unnoticed. While we are proactive about getting things done right the first time, we see mistakes as opportunities to improve our systems and processes. Mistakes that don't surface are the most dangerous and cause the customer the most harm. Our culture encourages all issues to come to the surface in order to improve what we do to constantly provide better ways to meet the needs of our customers through quality assurance.
